Looks like I missed a great Fortier ’63 75th Birthday Party. We intended to attend but when both of us began having health issues that intention was nixed. The pictures are great but I was only able to recognize a few people. Will there be a set of these photos made that would include names? Anyone with a declining memory would appreciate that. It would help me in 2023 for the 60th Fortier Class of ’63 Reunion. Congradulations to Ben & Hank & the entire Reunion Committee for a Party, Well Done !

    • Thanks, Bill, for the kind words! We are working on adding names but it’s a big job and will take time. I’m hoping we can add the names soon. Thanks again!

I noticed the absence of the name Denyse Smith on the “Remembering our Classmates” poster at the 75th Birthday Party. During the COVID shutdown earlier this year I used https://www.truthfinder.com to see if any information was available on MISSING CLASSMATE Denyse Smith. I regret to inform you that my search has turned up disappointing results. There was a hit on DENYSE MICHELE HAMILTON.

    BIRTH & DEATH INFORMATION:
    Age: 65
    Birth Date: Sep 29, 1945
Died On: Jan 2, 2011 – in Los Angles / Santa Monica, CA

While no internet search sites are 100% accurate, Truthfinder provided more meaningful and verifiable details than some others. It had her correct middle and married name, her NOLA connection and addresses and DOB & DOD that matched some of the others. Thought the entire file was downloaded but it’s not on this computer and the $28.05/month fee is over my budget.

While I believe this information is correct, it should be taken with a grain or two of salt.

  • Hank and Committee,

Thank you so very much for sending me a disc,I am looking forward to listening to it. Those songs will bring back lots of nice memories. I know you must be very glad the “Party” is over, I know how much work it takes to produce such a gathering, and you and the committee obviously did a great job, congratulations. I enjoyed looking at the pictures from the party it looked like everyone was having a great time. I was sorry I had to miss it but I did enjoy the dinner Friday night. Thank you for all the work you all have done all these years since graduation to keep our class connected.
Every class needs leadership and you all are wonderful leaders, Please keep up the good work.

    Best wishes,
    Bonnie
