Hey Fortier ’63 Tarpons ! Did you know that classmate Paul L. Katz is a highly successful novelist ? He is also the author of a non-fiction anthology about his favorite legal cases during a law career spanning 45 years.
We were very fortunate to be approaching adulthood in 1963 “uptown” New Orleans. It was a sweet, innocent time when we were secure in our homes within the solidity of our families. Education was important to our moms and dads, so we enjoyed the doubly wholesome atmosphere at our high school on Freret Street. In our later years, we realized the uniqueness of those Fortier years and that through reunion events we could reminisce, renew friendships and recreate the joy of our youth. This website is a celebration of the adults that we became and the events that brought us together, over and over, to enjoy each other again and again.
